EPS features 5 thematic areas: Ingredients & Toppings for Pizza, Innovative Products for Pizzeria & Restaurant Menus, Professional Equipment, Beverages for Pizzerias & Restaurants, and Technological Solutions for Catering, focusing on trends and sustainable practices.

The trade show also hosts the awards ceremony for the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains and the World Pizza Summit, with over 100 speakers from the pizza industry, in collaboration with 50 Top Pizza.
