What is the European Pizza Show?
An international trade event for the pizza, foodservice and hospitality industries, bringing together suppliers and qualified professionals from across Europe and beyond, organised by Bellavita Expo, Cibus Parma and Tuttofood Milano.
Who can attend?
The event is strictly for trade professionals only and is not open to consumers or the general public. Your business card may be requested at the entrance.
Is entry free?
Yes, entry is free for trade professionals.
Is my badge valid for both days?
Yes, your badge gives you access to both show days.
What are the opening hours?
Day 1 runs from 10:00 to 17:00 and Day 2 runs from 10:00 to 16:30.
Do I need to print my badge?
No, you don’t need to print anything. Just bring your registration confirmation and your badge will be printed onsite when you arrive.
Is access to the European Pizza Forum and the European Pizza Chef Competition included?
Yes, full access to both the European Pizza Forum and the European Pizza Chef Competition is included with every badge. No extra ticket or booking is required.
How do I get to the European Pizza Show?

I’m travelling by train. How do I get to Excel London?
The easiest way is via the Elizabeth Line or the DLR. The Elizabeth Line also provides a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. The DLR connects directly to London City Airport. The nearest stations are Custom House and Prince Regent, both just a short walk from the venue.
Can I park my car onsite?
Yes, parking is available onsite at Excel London in the main Excel Car Park. Parking is currently charged at £27.50 per day if pre-booked, or £30 per day for on-the-day payment, payable on exit. Spaces include designated accessible parking bays close to the entrances.
Where can I book a hotel?
There are plenty of hotels within walking distance of Excel London, including Aloft London Excel, Novotel London Excel, DoubleTree by Hilton London Excel, Crowne Plaza London Docklands and ibis London Excel Docklands.
Is there free Wi-Fi onsite?
Yes. Excel offers free Wi-Fi suitable for browsing, social media and emails. When you arrive, simply connect to “_Excel VISITOR ONLY Free Wi-Fi” and sign in using the standard login, LinkedIn or email option.
Is there a cash point?
Yes, ATMs are available throughout the venue.
Can I hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter?
Yes, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available free of charge from Excel London, subject to availability. It is recommended to request them in advance where possible at accessibility@excel.london.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, cloakrooms are located on Level 0 of Excel London, close to the main entrance areas between the North and South halls, as well as near the East Entrance. These are open during event hours and are complimentary.
What facilities are available at Excel London?
Excel London offers a full range of visitor facilities including food and drink outlets, seating areas, ATMs, cloakrooms, accessibility services and charging points. There is also a dedicated Family Room near the S9 area with baby changing facilities and seating.
Are children allowed?
No, the European Pizza Show is strictly trade only and under-16s are not permitted, except in exceptional pre-approved cases.
Are baby pushchairs, prams, suitcases or shopping trolleys allowed?
No, for health and safety reasons baby pushchairs, prams, suitcases, shopping trolleys and similar items are not permitted inside the exhibition halls.
