Meet the speakers

Sunny Chhina

Founder of The Fat Pizza

Sunny has lived and breathed pizza since the age of 12 – quite literally, having eaten at least one pizza a day for 35 years. Starting out in local stores before owning Perfect Pizza and Papa Johns franchises, Sunny built a deep understanding of what makes great operations, great food, and great people.
Armed with an Economics degree from UCL and experience as a Management Consultant at Arthur Andersen, he blends commercial insight with real-world hustle. In 2015, he founded The Fat Pizza, growing it from one Essex kitchen into an international franchise across the UK, Dubai, Malta, India, and Africa. Known for its 24-inch “Size Matters” pizza and industry-leading tech stack, The Fat Pizza is a brand built on fresh dough, fast delivery, and community heart. Sunny’s philosophy is simple: “Technology scales a brand – but people build it”.
